Bad attitude and inability to help

My wife has been a cell c customer for years now and went in today to get some assistance in having her BIS set up on a replacement blackberry phone. She is due for an upgrade but wanted to upgrade her contract to a higher contract, but they told her it's impossible to tell her what the pro-rata amount would be upgrade and she would just have to wait and see? This seems ridiculous that they can't tell her what it would cost to do that. So she asked for the assistance in having the BIS setup on her old phone and Phumeza didn't seem to know what she was doing (my wife also had our 1 year old baby with her so she needed someone who knew what they were doing). Eventually another guy came over and helped Phumeza get things going on the blackberry by clearing the whole phone (literally everything... all messages, contacts, etc). After that Phumeza said my needed to provide a password, which she didn't know as BIS was setup on her previous phone 2 years ago and she hasn't needed a password since. So Phumeza told her that she can't help her then. My wife asked if there was anything she could do, to which Phumeza simply said "NO". THis kind of service is absolutely ridiculous; what to do now?
