Four complaints and it only gets worse!

After my numerous complaints Marilize responded with a note over four weeks ago saying that I Will be contacted. I still have not received any service from this Company! I contacted the Call Centre and spoke to Phumeza because to my surprise on the 12th August 2013 R250 had been debited from my account. Not once, but TWICE! I asked to speak to Phumeza's Supervisor, Karen, who was busy. Phumeza called me back after an hour to inform me that I Will be contacted for a refund as the services were not provided, before the end of the day as Marilize needed to be contacted. 48 hours and I am still waiting for any refund! What kind of a company is this with such incompetent people and pathetic service?!
