9 Months of headache continued. Part 1

After 9 months of struggle, Cell C replaced the faulty phone they gave me. I was very thankful for this.
Keyword was.
Got the "new" phone on monday 27 Jan. The first boot up time on the phone 6 March 2013.
Since Tuesday 28 Jan my problem that I had previously was back and WORSE.
I have been emailing them everyday since tuesday and NO 1 has made the slightest effort to help me rectify the that I have had since I did the upgrade in April 2013. Do the math and count the months Cell C.
You are making me PAY for BAD signal, NO SIGNAL at all, no internet usage and bad service. If you check my contract, nowhere on it did I request this, sign for it or say yes im willing to pay for the utter you are going to put me through for the next 24 months.

I am notifying you NOW, 15 MONTHS in advance that I will be CANCELLING my contract with you. I am saying this now so that you dan't keep me on a line for an extra year.
No loan phone when you need one, no interest from the cell c store, no comeback when you ask to be contacted, no CARE form Cell C.
PLEASE advice me what I can do seeing that the contract I signed and what im getting are 2 different thins.
