Lack of signal on Phone

I have had my Cell C contract for almost 4 years. In the last year, I have had no signal (even though it shows full signal on my phone) and am missing calls, cant make out going calls, cant send or receive messages etc.

On the 23/5, I called them as I want to cancel my contract and port number to MTN. I was informed that I still had until August on my contract and that if I wanted to cancel, I would have to pay the 3 months fees. I said that due to the CPA I can cancel my contract due to non performance. They told me to fill in a fault form which would take 48hrs to sort out.

I got the form on the 27/5, which I filled in and sent back on the morning of the 28/5. On the 31/5, I called to find out what is going on and was told they are working on it but I must change phones I have done this previously with a brand new phone and its was not the phone. I was then told to get a new sim card, which I refuse to do as it will cost me money.

It is now the 4th June and nothing has been done. I was in an emergency situation this morning and could not call out nor receive a call or message.

I want this contract cancelled immediatly as I am not getting what I am paying for!!!
