I am paying for a service that i am not getting

I would like to find out if i can cancel my cell c contract? I get no cell phone signal at work or at home, so basically my cell phone is unuseable for most of the day. I work in Sandton CBD so i would think that it is not like i work in some backwater town where one would not expect signal.

It is frustrating and unacceptable. Surely in terms of my contract i am entitled to signal and if Cell C cannot provide me with signal i should be able to cancel the contract as they are in breach?
