MTN Cresta's bad service & keep breaking my phone

I am so sissapointed witht he service Ive gotten from Mtn Cresta regarding my an upgrade phone i received last year. I took an iPhone 4S which wouldnt charge, I took it back and they gave me a another phone, after i drove off i realised that the speaker was not working!!! So when i used the phone, i had to put it on speaker in order for people to hear me! Then i took it back for them to fix it. firstly they wanted to charge me for a factory difault, then when they returned it, now i cant make calls, Its been searching for a network! The staff at the Cresta brach (opposite Edgards) are not helpful at all, they dont really care for their customers! Im really upset. Ive had this contract for over 10 Years now and have never received such service!
