Do MTN falsely advertise deals?

Telecommunications

COMPLAINT: So as a loyal MTN supporter of some 18 years, All that I am trying to do, is to purchase a MACBOOK PRO MD 101 Notebook as advertised in the latest "Yello Deals" where the front cover byline is: "thanks for voting Top SA Telecommunication Brand" - what a load dog's! Went to Constantia Village to be told "We're offline for that particular service, followed by" it will take two weeks for the Macbook to arrive", followed by " there are new procedures, so it could take a month", followed by "not sure if there is stock, but can phone on Monday" ( this is TWO days of being offline. So went to Blue Route MTN who were having a special "rah rah we are so fantastic day" at the centre, hosted by Soli Philander". I asked for the deal advertised in the latest Yello Deals and guess what, they cant provide one either - this particular employee wasn't as smart as the Constantia one and made up such a discombobulated story that she got her knickers in a twist when I started the cross examination. So MTN, what is the DEAL? Do you falsely advertise deals? Do you actually want the business?
