1 Month Still No ADSL Connection But a Bill

Dear Hello Pieter Readers.

Telkom certainly South Africa's biggest fix line telecommunications service provider cant provide a service but they do love to bill and if you complain about the billing while you don't have a service they just go on an black list you. Wonder why big companies like this gets away with this which someone can provide me with legislation the prohibits these companies to bill while they cant deliver on service.

My story.
I run a medium size business and moved offices from Bronberrik to The Reeds, the business office in the Reeds previously had adsl but a small move became an issue that crippled my business. We had to buy Vodacom 3G for all the PC's just to receive emails but 4 weeks later and 100's of call's to Telkom we still have not resolved the issue. I had 5 IT specialist out to the property to ensure that the problem was not on my side but with the connection to Telkom. Telkom does phone back every time which is good but I phone call with no action helps me not a bit, they are actually just wasting time. I asked Telkom various times just to send a technician to come and resolve the issue but they don't. Please help my business is going down Telkom
