Telkom Fails to Provide Once Again

I am an owner of two businesses. One being a Private Tuition Business and another being a Web and Software Development Business. We have moved into a new residential premises with a Telkom line right outside our property. Telkom indicates on their coverage checker that a 4Mbps line is available. I have ordered a phone line and will be ordering an ADSL line as both are essential to the running of my business but have been told by Telkom a few days later that due to cable they wont provide the service. This was followed by an additional message stating that due to insufficient infrastructure the service wont be available. Why offer the service as available on your site, have a Telkom line running along my property boundary and then tell me the service cannot be provided. Once again Telkom has failed to assist me in providing an essential part of my business needs. Utterly unacceptable!
