Firstly, I requested an upgrade two months ago and it took almost a month to get connected onto my new smartphone after many hickups along the way. I've always paid my account via debit order for the past two years. After the upgrade they just cant seem to get the debit order loaded... Its the exact same details that they've used for the past 2 years... After the upgrade and various calls and attempts they still haven't loaded by debt order request. Yesterday I received a call saying that my account is in arrear and if I don't make a cash payment immediately they will disconnect my line... after another lengthy call with them they logged a call with their credit division who was meant to call back within 48 hrs..36hrs later a received an SMS stating that "It is Mandatory to have a debit order" and that I must send my "retrenchment letter" to them They clearly have no idea what they doing!!! What retrenchment letter? All I want is for them to load my banking details on the system - The same details that they have been using for the past 2 years!! I am so sick of their incompetence. I don't know what to do anymore... Rather pay more and switch to Vodacom or MTN
