I have 3 contracts with Cell C. In October 2013 I amended my banking details to a new account, sent through an e-mail as requested and was told the change would take effect at the end of November. At the end of November, only one account went through the correct bank. I phoned and was informed that only one account had been updated. They then supposedly changed the other two. End of December, still only one debit goes through the correct account. I am in the process of closing the old bank account and have left no funds in it. I now have to pay R75.00 for the cell debit order not going through due to insufficient funds. I phoned today and was informed to phone back tomorrow once the returned debit order is reflected on Cell C system and that banking details had not been changed. Wake up Cell C - what more must I do!!! Pathetic service, incompetent staff who have no idea how to use your systems. Treatment like this after being a client for over 8 years. And not the first bad service I have received, it is always something. Also charged for recurring BIS and don't even have a Blackberry.
