I am so cross, if I have to see someone in a yellow MTN shirt, I think I will do them harm. My husband, who does not work for a salary like your staff do, FaceTimed me this morning at 7am to say his phone says No Service. I called 808 and the lady told me he is in a no service area (yes, Bedfordview??) and he must reboot. I drove to him to tell him that. Then I called at 8h30, and was told that MTN accidentally deactivated his account. It is now nearly 1pm and guess what, NO FRICKEN SERVICE!!! I have spent hours on the phone and every time I am promised that the phone is now sorted and in 15 minutes it will be on if we just reboot. Well, after hours and rebooting numerous time the phone has NO FRICKEN SERVICE!!! MTN you big time. My husband has lost a whole day of business and you can not be bothered, why?? because you go home with a salary at the end of the month. I am on the phone now and they are still telling me it is not active, guess what, I could have told you that!! I am so sick of you guys, when my contract comes up next year I am moving to Vodacom, without a doubt!!!
