Virgin Mobile continuously over bills me.
I have called in on several occasions and have been credited in previous months but the problem has not been rectified.
Their customer care call centre always promises that I will get a call from the collections department but I never do.
In addition to this my statements are never emailed (as I was advised they would be) and I never receive them on time in the post.
