I entered in cellphone contract 2 years ago. From first month I had issues with Value added products, which at long last I got cancelled without refund, after i Requested for recording where I agreed to this. Never recieved recording after numerious follow ups. Never made use of this contract, due to this and paid my monthly contract fee til Feb 2013 which was my 24th payment. nobody informed me or gave me a choice to let this contract continue on month to month basis or to cancel. I except this is in terms and conditions, but still an option would have been fair. I sent mail on the 3/4/2013 with complaint of holding more than 30minutes to cancel contract. Recieved confirmation of Instruction to cancel contract but still money gets deducted the 30/4/2013. Sent Mail and compalint again twice. As Y ou can guess no response up until now. Typical after I requested in first compalint that somebody must phone me back. I EXPECT REFUND
