I have been billed for data bundles even though I never gave approval for it to be activated. I was never contacted and authenticated as the account holder. The phone in question is being used by my son-in-law who gave them my name and contact details. I have been waiting a month for someone at Vodacom to assist me with my billing complaint. I have been to the Vodashop thrice, phone customer thrice and cannot get through to a consultant on the 0821958 no. I would like my account credited and the contract of the number in question cancelled.
