I laid a complained against Vodacom with ICASA... on the 19/07/2013... reference number: EC-ZHZQ-27124Z

Corresponce with me and vodacom was always on e-mail and ICASA was copied in all the emails...

AND ICASA DID NOTHING TO HELP ME...

The vodacom account is now sorted out, but VODACOM refused to reinburse met for my bankj cost, and ICASA just sits and do nothing...

Vodacom is costing me a lot of crief and hassles... I thought ICASA is the coverning body and yet you do nothing to assist youre poor people ..
