8ta service intolerably bad. LTE issues

Dear Sir,

I have been trying to get my data plan changed to one that enables me to use your LTE network. When I signed for the contract that I am currently on, I was told that as soon as LTE becomes available I could use it.
Your employees seem have limited capabilities relating to customer service or the products. Nobody tells me the same story and even after eventually going to another branch than Menlyn and a sales person eventually migrating my contract I still have a problem. I was not migrated and am still on my old data contract.
I made many phone calls and trips to try and get answers but nobody is prepared to do their job!

Why can't you enable LTE for me? Is it that difficult? MTN and VODACOM do it in a few minutes without hassle!!! Register my d number on the system for access to LTE please!! I even bought a Huawei Wifi LTE router from you guys because I was told that I will have access.

I am deciding after one more visit to Woodlands Telkom store if I will get out of my contract or not. And trust me, I won't pay penalties if I do!
