So I applied online at [URL Removed] for the Samsung Galaxy S4 on 26 September and was called within minutes. Application was completed and a server error caused my application only to be processed the following day. I was then told do to stock levels I would only receive my phone on the 7th of October. This I had no issue with as I am very understanding, on 4 October I called Vodacom just to confirm that everything was in order and that I would still receive delivery on Monday. I was then told that the confirmations department had attempted to call me on the 27th which was a as neither my phone nor company call logs show missed call from any vodacom numbers on 27 Spetember. I then stated I would like the confirmations department to call me as I want my order process ASAP. I was told this would happen during the day or Monday. Monday at 13:40 I called Vodacom as I was still waiting their call, my number was taken again and it is now almost day later and I am still without a phone and no contact has been made.
