I can't believe Vodacom's staff total inefficiency n lack of customercare.logged a complaint ref (S3-TYR2J-J2KM6, AI-O1WL-76I109) on the 15/08/2013.sent all documents as requested and got an SMS to expect a response with 1 day. 5 days past and no update, nothing from Vodacom. Called them n was told there still investigating.20 days have gone past and Vodacom staff has maintained its trend no update, conclusion, nothing from Vodacom. You wonder if Vodacom staff understands what is the meaning of customercare o has it grown too big to care! People Cell C and MTN are not only cheaper compared to Vodacom but they also care for their clients and understand clients are the back bone of their business. i wonder what I'm still doing with them and if you reading this it's likely you feel like I do. You know what you have to do, move to a better provider.if not u wll spend your time n money trying to get the service u paying for, tats te Vodacom way, shocking!
