Worst service and biggest empty promises ever!

I upgraded my phone on 16 July 2013. Up and till today I have not received my phone yet.
During the past month I phoned the call centre 10 times and logged 2 queries on the autopage-website. Every time I phone they say that they will get into it and come back to me. 2 days ago I spoke to a Lucricia who confirmed that she is in fact working with my upgrade and that she promises me that she will follow-up and let me know within 10 minutes.
I am still waiting for anybody to come back to me on any of my enquiries (the call centre, Lucricia and the website).
The fact that it is almost 2 months later and I don't even have my phone yet does upset me, but what upsets me the most is that nobody just ever lets you know what is going on - even after several promises made.
I am really srry that I already did the upgrade. If I knew what I knew now I would just have gone to another service provider!! Autopage.
