I recently received a bill indicating that I have used bandwidth to the value of R1200. I proceeded to contact the help desk to conduct an enquiry, However the consultant was extremely unhelpful and so was the process. I was authenticated then told I need to send a copy of Id for itemized billing. I certainly have not used that amount of data since I purchase data bundles and utilize a data counter. The SIM card in question is rarely utilized as i am making use of another service provider. I also enquired on the process and cancellation fees for my contracts with Vodacom, to this day nobody has made contact with me. I am exceptionally disappointed at the lack of an integrable customer service experience with Vodacom. I have absolutely no intention of renewing my contracts with you and as a matter of fact, will be discontinuing any relationship i have with your entity.
