After numerous complaints and having my cell phone numbers cut off repeatedly. I am still waiting for anyone at Vodacom to take the remotest form of responsibility instead of always passing the buck to some "other dept" My cell phone bill was 400% higher than normal and to date, in more than 4 years I am yet to receieve a single account from Vodacom. Despite being billed for itemised billing. Now after having to get a legal representative involved just so they could locate my payment which at first "was impossible to locate" yet was found within 20 minutes of my represenative phoning the line manager. They are in outright breach of contract in my opinion in that I pay for a service, they expect me to pay my account, and I expect to be notified of what i'm being charged for. The only way my cell phone expenses could jump so rediculously high is if they were mis allocating my data bundles and billing me per MB when I still had active data bundles. (Night Owl Regular Data Bundles) Now again I'm being asked to pay 300% more than usual with no account (even though I know for a fact they have my correct address on file) they refuse to do anything about it. What service?? Shocking.
