Illegally blocking my porting to Cell c

Nashua mobile (Shallot Hlalele) was notified 2 may 2013 in writing, that we intended to cancel 2 cell contracts after their 24 months had finished, we requested them to be converted to prepaid so I could have them ported to Cell c (as per instruction from Cell C). In first week of June after much fighting with them they eventually released one of the numbers (they initially blocked it, but (Juli-Anne Ferns) couldnt explain why), but continued to block the other. Juli-Anne Ferns assured me they wouldn't block the second one. First they couldnt find the paperwork (they were done together), I got hold of Juli Anne (call centre manager), empty promises to resolve and come back to me, didnt return calls or emails. Eventually got hold of her again- she promised to look into it and resolve. Then she went on leave leaving it to Shallott, who also doesn't stick to her word. Hasn't resolved it either!

There is NO money outstanding, my 24 month contract is finished, but they continue to block the port!

Useless client service!!!

Can someone in Nashua Mobile who can make decisions and would actually like to help please attend to this!
