I HAD A CONTRACT WITH NASHUA MOBILE AND DECIDED TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT IN MARCH. I DID EMAIL AND FAX EVERYTHING THROUGH TO HEM. THEIR CONSULTANT CONFIRMED EVERYTHING AND I GOT AN EMAIL FROM THEM NOTIFYING ME THAT THE CONTRACT IS CLOSED. NOW MONTHS LATER, I WANTED TO GET A CONTRACT FROM THEM AGAIN AND THEY TELL ME I HAVE A BALANCE THAT I MUST STILL PAY. NO ONE CALLS TO TELL YOU SUCH, THEY DID NOT CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF CALLING THE COLLECTION/FINANCE DEPARTMENT BECAUSE NO ONE WORKS THERE. HOW PATHETIC IS THEIR SERVICE, WHY WOULD YOU BILL SOMEONE WHEN THEY HAVE CLOSED AN ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY EVEN CANCELLED THE NUMBER FROM THE NETWORK. I NEED ANSWERS; I DON'T WANT TO HAVE A BAD CREDIT RANK BECAUSE OF THEM. I HAVE ALL THE PROOF OF THE CLOSURE OF THE ACCOUNT AND CONFIRMATION
