Following on from my complaint on the 14th of January, I have had a TWO month-long struggle to get confirmation that my contract AND the debit order was cancelled. I FINALLY received email confirmation in a VERY POMPOUS manner from Pieter Eillers that firstly Nashua Mobile OWES ME NOTHING in terms or a refund and that the statement I received since was created before the reversal of my debit order (and if I could have simply looked at the statement date I would have known that) and that they would "obviously" NOT be debiting my account on the 1st of Feb again as the amount was reversed. GUESS WHAT!? THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT!!! This is ILLEGAL! My agreement with Nashua Mobile ENDED in DECEMBER! I signed a document attesting that I NO LONGER allow them access to debit my account. Stop from me and pay back the debited amount IMMEDIATELY. Ms Cornia van Eck was USELESS in her attempts to assist me in the beginning and most recently Pieter Eillers from "THE OFFICE OF THE CEO" also clearly has NO idea what is going on. I have been treated exceptionally poorly by this company and would go so far as to WARN anyone not to consider them as a service provider - EVER!
