DEBITED FOR CONTRACT THAT WAS TERMINATED

I had recently terminated my contract (in June 2013) with Nashua Mobile and was told that there was a 30 day notice period which meant that the last debit would run off my account on the 31st July 2013. At the end of August 2013 I was again debited in error. I called the agent that assisted with and confirmed my termination one Hlengiwe Mahlangu, who was on 3 occasions busy. I had then spoken to a Ms. Madre who confirmed that that was an error on the part of Nashua Mobile and they are sorry as Hlengiwe is the only person who can assist since she attended to the termination. I sent numerous emails to Hlengiwe getting a response on the 2/913 at 5:30 saying that she was too busy to respond to my emails & that there was a process that they needed to follow in order to refund my account. I was very upset as if the tables were turned and it had been me owing Nashua Mobile, I would no doubt be hounded over the phone by their collections agents. I explained that they have until Friday the 6/9/13 to return the money and if not I would escalate the matter. I have still not received my money and am terribly disgusted by the service I get from Nashua Mobile! Thank nomore need for Nashua.
