I called the call centre to cancel my employers contract in June 2013 it is now August and nothing has been done about this issue, I have exhausted all avenues even the complaints department did not get back to me. This is by far the most shocking service I have received from a service provider, the call centre agents do not know their own organisations processes and procedures it is really just not acceptable!
