I agreed to renew two of my contracts with 8ta / Telkom Mobile In August this year, the handset was delivered within two days (15 Aug), activation took a day, I am now being asked to pay an installment for the ENTIRE month of August which i think is absolutely ridiculous and downright unfair, i was never told that this may be the case, as i was told that my contract would only begin on the 1 September, further to that i wasn't given the full total of the internet bundle, its only a quarter, I am so disappointed in the service I am getting with Telkom Mobile, I have a good mind to cancel my contracts too too many issues and very unhelpful call centre agents.
