No Response/feedback from a month on my contract

Hi, This is worst service i had in my life . i sent request to [Email Removed] to cancel my contract a month (28th August) ago. I even not received the acknowledgement on my request. Every time i call centre they either ask me to go telkom office or call them again. One day i went to telkom office, they it has to be done back office team and they ask me to wait for call from telkom. the issue is going circles now but nothing is happening. thanks Veera.
