Deducting airtime instead of bundles

I bought mtn bundles so i can download -370MB phone updates. Instead of mtn deducting from the bundles they decided to deduct my airtime ( - R200.00). Called call center to address this and spoke to Nicole instead of helping solve the problem she kept on repeating herself and then suggested i speak to someone who speaks Zulu. Who said i speak Zulu? I asked to speak to her superior who unfortunately coudnt speak to me cause he agrees with Nicole, how convenient! When you pay R350.00phone R230laptop with MTN you expect better service than what i got today. Utterly disgusted!
