This is the 3rd Hello Peter Complaint towards Virgin Active
I would like to cancel my contract as the service and the network is pathetic. I called now for the 5th time to get assistance, everytime waiting 15-20 minutes to get an answer from anybody. The 5th time I explained my story and I wanted to talk to a supervisor, then I was forwarded again and waited again. So know I will wait for somebody to call me, that will propably be a miracle to. 079 598 7021 on my vodacom number because my Virgin number has problems (bad service and network)
