Not getting what is promised

I am so angry with telkom.
I am a new client. i have applied for adsl on monday.
I was approved and the consultant told me that installation is for free.
She promised that it will be installed today.
However the tecnitions came today to my shock they told me they can only install it next thursday and that i should pay R400.00. They also told me i shoold root the wires myself.
I called the head office only to be redirected to other call centres.
Its been 4 hours no one has called me back.
I still didnt recieve internet.
Im sorry but i think its time for me to move to another servise provider.
Can anyone help me to stop the telkom contract?
