CANCELLATION & REFUND

I have been trying to sort this out since 5 Aug. I cancelled service after one day, but they continued. Eventually they cancelled the service, which I have not made use of once, but still billed me. Now I'm trying to get a refund, and all I get is reference numbers and empty promises. MNT reads my e-mails, but don't respond. If you phone to speak to the managers concerned, they are not available. Every phonecall I have to tell the whole story to a new person, over and over. I have been patient and ever so thankfull, but I don't receive any results. CAN I PLEASE GET A REFUND OF THE MONEY THAT WAS DEDUCTED!!!
