I signed up for the 4mbps uncapped bundle and intended to move my line to Afrihost. However I wasn't happy with the product and cancelled the product (this was some 30 days ago). The product was cancelled (or so I thought) and the refund should be in progress. I'm quite concerned as to the level of support or knowledge of my account with Afrihost as I've received multiple emails and sms's - one confirming AGAIN the cancellation which apparently happened more than a month ago then one asking about the migration? Again? Not to mention an incorrect refund email.

I had to ask about the refund due after I applied for it and I had to send previous emails as attachments as proof that I applied for a refund. The refund was then approved but now AGAIN I'm concerned as the amount being refunded is the same as the amount on the Tax Invoice you sent me but on closer inspection this amount does not agree with the amount Afrihost deducted from my bank account. And I've asked about this yesterday already (sending a screenshot of the line item on my bank statement that included all reference numbers hoping this might help track the item on your side) and I'm still waiting for feedback on this.
