STILL NOT CANCELLED NO REFUND PATHETIC

On the 30/04/2013 IIHAAM promised a refund for incorrect itemized billing- NO REFUND. I called the CC on the 17/07/2013, spoke to a rude JUNAID. I first asked him to re-confirm my cancellation date- he said my contract is NOT CANCELLED! i did this in April. I then asked for a refund for incorrect itemized billing- he said NO its mandatory - NO its not im on a top-up contact. I ask him for a ref number and then put me through to a manager, he said they dnt supply ref numbers- i called many times b4 and got call ref numbers. I asked for a manager. I was placed on hold for 15MINS. he then says his manager will only speak to me if i provide a previous ref number. Firstly, i do not walk around with call reference numbers in my pocket... Secondly, JUNAID and whoever his manager is insinuated i am a!! i was put on hold AGAIN, eventually i hung up no JUNAID or manager came back to the line.
I want to know if my contract has been cancelled? I want my darn REFUND (i will report this to the CPA board because you in breach of contract- i never signed for extra billing or got notified) and i want an apology letter for insinuating im a??

This will go to the newspapers now!!!
