REFUND DELAYED - BUT PENALTY DEDUCTED ALREADY

I am utterly disappointed at the service from Computicket. I cancelled my Cape Town Jazz Festival tickets on 5 February 2013. The penalty for cancellation R193.50 was deducted within less than 24hrs. I was promised that my refund would be made within 3 -7 working days which was supposed to the the 14th. Today I contacted Computicket to enquire, My reference for the cancellation did not provide the correct information, I had to hold and hold and hold, finally the information was displayed and the refund will be made today. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, he was too busy to take my call and the consultant informed me "what he said". So after really "almost" ripping me off and breaching the contract of my refund, and if I did not follow up I would've never seen my refund because it was "lost" in the system, after all that, you don't care to talk to your client, me - thanks for absolutely nothing Mr John Moodley, Supervisor. You are truly a GEM at Computicket, fuelling your frustrated clients with even more outrage and disgust!!!
