NO LINE BUT YOU STILL PAY DUE TO FAULT

LINE HAS BEEN FAULTY SINCE BEGINNING OF AUGUST 2013 AND STILL NOT WORKING.
WE HAS CALLED EVERY SECOND DAY TO BE TOLD THAT THE TECHNICIAN WILL GIVE US A CALL.
WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL AT ALL AND WAS TOLD TODAY THAT THE LINE OR CABLE WILL BE RESTORED ON THE 13 OF SEPTEMBER 2013. WE HAVE BEEN BILLED FOR THIS AND FEEL ITS UNFAIR TO HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED . ON THESE GROUND WE WOULD LIKE A SENIOR OFFICIAL OF TELKOM TO GIVE ME A CALL ASAP OR WE WILL CANCEL!!!
