I upgraded my line in December 2012. I was asked to contact Neotel once the handset arrives which I did. I requested termination of the old line as per Neotel instruction. My old line died on 1 January 2013. I received a bill for January 2013 on the old line. Emailed the issue to [Email Removed] Received response that the matter is being escalated with ref SREQ_63087829 and I would be called by an agent. No call to date.

Today I received and sms confirming the debit amount that includes the subscription for the dead line???

Only now am I informed of a 21 day period, sales told me nothing, when I activated the new line they told me nothing.

I called Neotel and told them that if the email line of communication is not working for them, they should kill it - no response.

A request was made for a credit of the subscription and if approved, it can take up to 21 days. Ref SREQ65357202. Had they responded when I first raised the issue, the matter may have been closer to resolution.
