Have you ever heard of the complaint resolution centre? What a joke! We have been trying for the past month to get a query resolved without any joy. This is an extract of their email to me: "resolution specialists to deal the complaint. You the account holder would be kept updated on the progress of the complaint until we get a resolution. The turn-around time on the matter is 3-5 business days." I have not heard another word from them. I must have sent them 5 follow up emails and to date have not once been even acknowledged.

They must be inundated with complaints???
