Suddenly internet are being deducted from my airtime even though I have BIS loaded on my contract. Autopage responded by saying MTN capped their data to 200Mb, but since my new airtime has been loaded, the internet is still being deducted from my airtime, I have not used 200Mb in one day! I have logged three requests at Autopage, no one has responded. When going into the shop they say they can't do anything I should speak to MTN. Why am I working through Autopage if in any case I have to phone MTN. This will be my last contract with Autopage!
