Unlawfull deduction from bank account for 1 yea

My contract is for R99/month Topup. MTN deduct R300-R400 per month from my bank account without permission. I've tried for months now to solve this, but MTN in Bloemfontein just keep telling me it is a fault from head office and will be solved.

Up to now (1 year later) they did NOTHING to solve the problem.
