To high costs on data, with expiry dates

Telecommunications

To whom this may apply: Vodacoms data is the most expensive in SA, we have to pay R159 for 500 mb and R279 for 1gb, for the same price of 1gb you can get uncapped adsl from another supplier. But what really makes me angry is the fact that you put an expiry date on the data bundle, (not talking about the promo data) im going too lose 145.85 mb of data at the end of this month because of an expiry date and a promo bundle that takes priority, who is going to pay me back for that data that i lose? cause im not standing for it!

Now why do the data have expiry dates and not normal airtime? We pay for the airtime and can use it when we want and can keep it for as long as we want, we pay for our data bundels at outragious prices, so i should be able to use the data the same way as air time, there should be NO expiry date on it.

We live in a world that is dependant on data, E-mails, IM's, Facebook, Twitter, internet, even the apps on the smartphones use data, but your data bunles cost so much people are complaining and moving to other providers, i really dont know why you make contract deals with 200 sms, 75 airtime and 200 mb of data, no one sms anymore that has a smartphone. so please drop the prices..
