Monthly charges must more than aggreed contract

I took out a cell c contract on the 21st June 2013, the first connection fee of R114.00 was deducted 28th June.
I signed up for a data only package with a fixed limit per month. Then I received the next bill on my debit order of R392.00 for 31st July and then R299.00 31st August.
Obviously a mistake must have been made... have made numerous phone calls for a refund but nothing as of yet and am being passed between the branch and head office and no return phone calls as promised.
