Unauthorised Excessive Charges

After having a 5gig internet contract with Cell C for 2 years without issue I have to say I am very dissapointed with Cell C! We entered into a contract for 5 gigs per month for the price of R299 per month. We signed a debit order authorsisation stating as much, that R299 could be deducted from our account.

We received a bill for in excess of R4000 this month with no justification! Cell C have ignored all accountability in this instance and are refusing to reimburse the money. They have promised documentation and proof and there actions but we are still awaiting such evidence!

All that can be deduced is that Cell C's data packages are just one big! Please don't take out a Cell C contract! And don't authorise any debit orders!!!
