I previously had a cell C contract -so much for them advertising as the news sponsor on 702
When I upgraded to a Samsung S3 package earlier this year in Dec/Jan I requested on top of my monthly contract charge of R320 an additional R45 of value add service for 300MB of data monthly. I never received the benefit of this value add to date with Cell C charging me from Jan till June straight out data charges against our binding contractual agreement that my total charges will be R320 R45 p/month. My monthly bill now far exceeds this amount to above R500 and even more because simply every time since March when I complain nobody at Cell C cares to do their job, they always pass the buck with some false reference number that means nothing.By June I was fed-up and canceled my contract due to this as well as poor reception at my place of work. Cell C clearly weren't fulfilling their side of the contract. Its day 27 now that I saend an email everyday to them to ask them to listen to their recording so that they can re-imburse me for their own mistake as clearly according to their own recordings I d
