I received a roaming bill. For the past two weeks I have been sending emails and calling Vodacom to try and resolve the issue to no avail. Today I called again only to be cut off by the consultant. I then called the business dept back on 0821940 only to speak to another consultant who put me on hold and then cut me off again. I called the Business Dept back for the 3rd time. At this point I had spent over an hour on the phone getting nowhere. The third consultant put me on hold again and after a while the phone went dead again. It seems that the consultants in the Business dept derive some kind of pleasure out of frustrating you because they know you are calling a calling centre. I have a Business Contract with 20 Contracts on it and this how they treat their so called business clients.
I will be sure to close this account with Vodacom ASAP and go to another service provider that might appreciate their business clients. I find the service shocking and the attitude of the consultants pathetic. Its now 2 weeks later after numerous emails and wasting time on the phone and still I have had no call back or reply or am any further in resolving this issue
