Bad port - 8 months, still can't recieve all calls

Around 8 months ago I ported my business number back to Vodacom, only to discover a few weeks later that certain people calling from certain networks/areas can't get through to my nr. After speaking to the porting dept they told me they rectified the problem. Since then I called them 3 additional times complaining that people can't get through to my nr from certain networks/areas (each time a diff network), and the problem still persists. Each time they said it's fixed and won't happen again. I tried calling the cancellations dept to cancel my contract (I explained the problem to them - also that I am fed up with their bad service) after which they told me it would cost R13500 to cancel my contract. I spent R7000 in the last 3 months on my account with Vodacom on calls alone, but I have to pay R13500 to cancel my contract! I am losing business due to the fact that people can't always get hold of me and I am forced to stay with them another 15 months as I won't pay R13 500 to cancel a contract. That is really pathetic and I expected better service from them. I am not happy with their service at all!
