Got my new phone which I ordered from vodacom online. I realized that they didn't send the wireless charging pad with as per the advertisement. After logging a fault with them and calling them waaaay too many times, they eventually said I need to speak to a woman called Bridget at a company called Inter-Active as they handle the online orders and it was their mistake. After calling them probably more than 40 times (Still counting) and in the last 2 or 3 weeks I have gotten no response via email from an employee called Vuyo. But the main problem is getting hold of the "So called" manager "BRIDGET". Every time I call she is either on lunch, on a tea break, on leave, not in yet, or already out of the office. EVERY TIME??? does she even exist? and I tell them every time to leave a message for her to call me back... NOTHING!!! never got a call back from them. They have all my details. I've logged my faults. Due to the bad service and lack of communication between them, vodacom and me, I have decided not to purchase a phone and tablet for my business through them as planned. I will take my business elsewhere. Today I called again. was on hold for 15minutes? then nothing. not the 1st time
