Bad service and false promises

I went to vodashop clearwater on sunday (31 Aug) and opened a contract for the Samsung S3. I intended on having the phone asap and was schetchy about them being out of stock (which I was only told AFTER signing all the papers). I was told by today (09/03) I would be able to collect my phone. Patiently I accepted this. Today I was told that in actual fact It would only be available on friday("Hopefully"). Its been about 3/4 days now and now I have to wait a total of 6/7 days. This is completely unacceptable and all I'm getting are excuses and blame pushing. I was told today the phone would be available, its not. That was a false promise and they have made absolutely no effort whatsoever to assist me! On-top of that, how can you have no stock on a month end, that's rediculous. The service I'm getting at this point is absolutely shocking, and I'm going to be stuck for 24 months with this!? I'm not so sure. Contemplating further action at this point as I am completely unhappy with the service and false promises I received. All to make sale? Telling me one thing but then it's actual. I have been with vodacom for a long time but at this point I won't be suggesting vodacom to anyone.
