A very sad indictment

Multiple promises were made non were fulfilled! A lot of excuses were made... sadly!!!
A lot of hype about a very, very mediocre product with little if any support. I have had it with them, enough is enough. Sadly so typical of many companies in SA at the present! Once they have your money thats when all the pleasantries and service stops!
